The Board and Staff would like to thank Dan Reidy, Harry Harris, Hazel Bell, Suzie Harris, Rev. Joel Miller, and others who helped shepherd the project PR Jumpstart. This project was chosen by the Board using a procedure recommended by the Endowment Committee and represents the first Endowment Fund Allocation.
The purpose of PR Jumpstart was to support our mission by reviewing and improving our internal and external public relations (PR) marketing tools. The PR Jumpstart team presented the results of their work to the congregation on May 23rd, 2024 with a PowerPoint presentation that can be found in our Realm <Members Only> Files.
The PR Jumpstart Project team activities, with the support of a professional marketing consultant, included creating a resource library, updating our style guide, and running an initial marketing campaign.
The new style guide includes an updated Fellowship logo that links us more closely with the UUA. The initial marketing campaign includes outreach to 1000 families within a 10-mile radius in the form of a postcard.
