Please join us in Room 209 once a month on Sudnay from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM for our mindfulness meditation session.
Beginners and long-time practitioners alike are welcome.
We gather to encourage and support each other in meditation practice and in walking a path toward greater awareness and freedom.
The meeting includes meditation, reading from Buddhist teachers, personal sharing, and discussion.
Our sessions are facilitated by members of the MUUF Buddhist Sangha.
