Please join us this Sunday, September 7 in Room 209 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM for our monthly mindfulness meditation session.
Beginners and long-time practitioners alike are welcome.
We gather to encourage and support each other in meditation practice and in walking a path toward greater awareness and freedom.
The meeting includes meditation, reading from Buddhist teachers, personal sharing, and discussion.
Our sessions are facilitated by members of the MUUF Buddhist Sangha. This week’s session is facilitated by Amy Cartwright.
