Membership is a commitment made by an individual to our Fellowship to become a part of this community, and to support our mission and programs. Membership at the Fellowship is a formal acknowledgement of a relationship with us – to work towards a building a beloved community within our walls, our neighborhoods, and the wider world.

What do we encourage of our Members?
- Regular attendance to our weekly worship services will help you feel spiritually connected to our community. Your presence reinforces our sense of a gathered community, where each of us are essential.
- Regular participation by our children & youth in our Faith Formation programs, as well as asking our Parents to support this program with their time & talents. We are building community at all ages, with our professional Staff & volunteers together.
- Growing in your own spiritual practices and supporting the growth in others – and consider deepening your Unitarian Universalist identity with other UU congregations and social justice groups through local, regional and national events and workshops.
- Giving of your “Time & Talent” – help to serve our Congregation with your time and talents. There are both large & small ways to contribute to our community to grow our mission and programs. In addition, Unitarian Universalists are committed to building a wider Beloved Community in our local area and the wider world. We encourage our members to engage in this work as well.
- Pledging with your “Treasure” – In addition to your time & talent, we ask that you please join other Fellowship Members and friends in pledging each year at the UUA recommended fair share level – i.e., to contribute at least 2% of their income to the congregation. The Fellowship budget relies primarily on the fair share pledges of our Members. We recognize that not everyone will be able to do this – and that some will be able to do far more. Please talk to our minister about a waiver if your financial situation precludes giving financial support at the Member level..
