There are many complexities to owning a building built in 1912 as a home, now used as a spiritual home. As part of the strategic plan, the congregation voted to pursue a facilities plan that would fit the vision of the Fellowship.
The Capital Project includes:
1. A large and small parking lot for 150 cars with lighting, water management and landscaping
2. A 4,500 square foot building with two classrooms, ADA approved restrooms, a commercial kitchen and a large event space
3. A new roof on the Mansion
4. Interior upgrades to the Mansion, including Sanctuary refresh with a new sound system, upgrading the current kitchen and fire alarm wired 2nd and 3rd floor classrooms
