Silent Auction Continues Sundays November 5 & 12
This year our service auction focuses on activities that bring us together in fellowship. We look to you to provide offerings that nurture the mind, body, and soul (gatherings, dinners to go, handmade/homemade/avocational entries, services). We think you’ll be excited when you see our 2017 listings, which will be available online a few days before the auction event
ATTENTION: NEW LIVE AUCTION FORMAT!!!!
Our new format includes a shortened evening. New low ticket prices are $15 for adults, children free. We encourage you to enjoy dinner at home or out with friends prior to arriving since food can no longer be served in the meeting room. Everyone is invited to arrive at 7:15 to peruse the auction offerings and begin bidding on silent auction offerings. Wine and light refreshments will be available in The Great Hall. About 8:30, everyone will be invited into the Meeting Room for the Live Auction. We hope that you will bid generously and often!
Winners will be asked to settle their accounts by check, credit card or cash. The evening will end around 9:30. Silent Auction bidding will continue on November 5 and 12.
Other important things to know:
- Bidding by Proxy: If you are unable to attend the auction, you may purchase a bidding number and request that a friend “do your bidding.” (Silent and Live Auction) Visit the box office for more details.
- Free childcare will be available IF you notify us by October 15. Let us know at the box office on Sunday mornings or email email@example.com.
- Door Prizes will be drawn for those in attendance, those in attendance for the first time, those having made any offer, and all those making an offer for the first time.
